Record is in VG++ or Excellent condition.
High gloss with no scuffs, marks or other flaws that I can detect.
Visually graded.
Item comes from the extensive collection of an avid record collector who took extremely good care of all his records.
The original 24-page color photo booklet is complete and in excellent condition. It has loosened from where it was originally glued or attached by the manufacturer and is now separate, without any loose pages. Please scroll down to examine all 12 photos, including the one that shows original glue marks for booklet (photo number 8, showing lyrics).
The back of the album has very light shelf wear at the top (hard to see) and the bottom left corner has the remnant of a store sticker. No seam splits, edgewear or marks.
Original plain white sleeve has yellowed or age-toned but is in good condition otherwise.
