Description
This is a rare original '61 first pressing thick vinyl deep groove, U.S. lp on SUE Label #LP-2002 called: STICK SHIFT. by THE DUALS. It features the colorful front cover cartoon artwork. Cover is thick cardboard with wear everywhere, has sticker on back, worn corners, and bottom seam split. NO top seam or spine splitting, notes on back are very good as well as song titles, graphics and photo. Lp has nice clean labels with only very slight wear at spindle hole, vinyl has a great glossy shine without the dulling groove wear so often found on these early gems. also NO bad scratches, defects, warps, etc. On both sides there are light scuffs that do not affect play, No scratches you can feel, on side two at the end of the last tune is a small stain that I removed some of with alcohol. there is still some visible but it does not affect play, see close up of side two label, stain is to the left of label. I played both sides of this lp, each tune sounded clean and clear with NO distortion, or annoying background noise. If you search for the best garage, surf, hot rod, early rock n roll etc consider this lp every tune is as good as the last. CONDITION: COVER VG / LP VG+ .
