Hard-to-find Original LP from VERVE 1966 Stereo #V6-5008. With un-removed original Banana Warhol Sticker on front of gatefold! Boy, this LP sure shook MY world when I was about 18...With painfully spooky yet beautiful Nico, cooler-than-thou Lou Reed, mad-scientist John Cale...and the rest of the freak-show!
Numbers are: "SUNDAY MORNING, I'M WAITING FOR THE MAN, FEMME FATALE, VENUS IN FURS, RUN RUN RUN, ALL TOMORROW'S PARTIES, HEROIN, THERE SHE GOES AGAIN, I'LL BE YOUR MIRROR, THE BLACK ANGEL'S DEATH SONG" Actually produced by Tom Wilson; cool stuff and earth-shaking, from beginning to end! Includes Original Inner Sleeve! Condition of the jacket; VG, some wear, small owner's initials inside gatefold, slight spine center split, some tape repair/ soil/ slight tearing to BANANA...Very displayable overall! Condition of the vinyl; VG/VG+, glossy, some light superficial scuffs/ abrasions, overall clean! "Oh What Costume Shall, The Poor Girl Wear..."
