Description
PAYPAL ONLY. Up for auction is an original 1965 Flash label 45 of The Phantoms doing Workin Tired b/w Gonna Be Nice Tonight. Senatobia, Mississippi record label. Weird band sounds half garage/half rockabilly with a drunk or inbred sounding singer with a shuffle beat. Think of mid-60's Bobby Lee Trammell style of rockabilly. Fun, odd stuff. Well done. Guitar player only knows one lick, but its a good 'un! You can hear the A-side with a search, pretty easy to find if you haven't heard it. B side is good also. I haven't seen one of these for sale in the last 5 years or so, so we'll do a 10 day auction ending on a Sunday night. Sound fair? OK, if you need it you know what to do.....bid high and often! Labels are clean. My camera doesn't photograph red very well, so the labels looks even better than the photos. Vinyl is a strong VG+ with sheen. Excellent fidelity. Hard to find. May have a slight warp from storage that does not affect play. (actually most old records have this) Shipping is $4.00 domestic, and $14.50 International locations. Payment is by Paypal only, please. Bid with confidence, I have been selling records to collectors for over 30 years, long before eBay! I have worked for River Records, Capital City Records, Used Kids Records, and the late Ken Stone. Thanks for your consideration, Jeff
