“Personalities in Print” was a talk radio show hosted by well-known writer and editor Willard "Weede" Espy. Each show was an 5 minute interview between Espy and a well known celebrity, VIP or writer who had an interesting book or magazine article to discuss. Each show is both historical and highly entertaining and these interviews are exclusive to this very rare and obscure radio show.
Show 1 – Bandleader and TV Star Lawrence Welk discusses the new Life magazine article naming him the most popular musician in US History. Welk tells his life story starting with his first 5 piece band "America's Biggest Little Band" from 1927 up to his current 35 piece "Champagne Music Makers" band from 1957. Rare and Exclusive interview that you will not find any where else!!
Show 2 – Mrs. Richard Rodger discusses being married to the famous music composer for over 27 years
