Due to recent job loss am reluctantly selling my Dark Side Of The Moon album. This has the mega rare Blue Prism/Triangle that has become a collectors piece, along with both posters and stickers. The opening track ( Speak To Me ) gushes four or five times and i am not sure whether this is the record itself or a minimal defect. It only lasts a few seconds ,The rest of side 1 plays fine. The opening track ( Money ) on side 2 skips about a dozen times. There seems no obvious reason why this happens so i googled it and found an audiophile chatsite (Steve Hoffman ) where someone wrote " some early copies have a skip pressed into the groove particularly into the song Money " such issues were corrected later with the A/3 B/3 cuttings. Although this may put some buyers off it may show others this is a genuinely early rarer copy. The rest of the LP plays fine despite inevitable surface marks but is generally in good condition. Please take this into account before bidding. The posters and stickers are in mint condition whilst the sleeve itself is the original sleeve that is sealed at one end with the inevitable wear and tear . This is NOT a pristine copy , it is over 45 years old so will have the obvious crackles , but i have played it before listing and believe it to be as good a copy as you will get. This LP is well sort after and will only get rarer and rarer so heres a chance to obtain a fair copy.
