Additional Information: Rare Original UK 1979 Issue 2x12” Double Vinyl LP Album in Gatefold Picture Sleeve with printed inner lyric dust sleeves. Both vinyl records have a few very light hairline surface marks, but play as near new. I have noticed that on Side 2, track 2 is listed as ‘Empty Spaces’ on the label, but is listed as ‘What Shall We do Now?’ on the inner lyric sleeve! The inner lyric dust sleeves are in superb condition, just a little sun faded being white, and the outer gatefold sleeve is also in excellent well cared for condition with a little fading. The first inner sleeve has a 1” long seam split where the vinyl has rubbed against the sleeve. The outer sleeve is made entirely from one sheet of card, folded and with only one seam on the inside top edge. I am informed that later issue sleeves were made from two pieces sealed top and bottom. The inner lyric sleeves have die cut curved edges. Credits on inner sleeves list Roger Waters only.  I know nothing about first pressings or editions, but I note that there are other sellers on the internet selling this item claiming it to be a first issue and asking between £120 and £140 for it, so as my copy appears to be the same, with the same matrix numbers and description, I have to assume that it is also a first edition! But this is for the buyer to check because as I am unfamiliar with this, clearly I cannot guarantee, only supply the information as stated on the record itself! So please do ask if you require any further information or clarification. Otherwise the sale on this item is final and sold as seen, no returns.  I have owned this album from new, so it has always been well cared for and only played on audiophile quality equipment. I would suggest that this Record is in Excellent well cared for Condition, you can see a few light surface marks on the vinyl if you hold it up to the light, but I have played both sides on my Technodeck using Grado stylus and it plays as near new with great sound quality. The only reason why I am selling this treasured piece of vinyl is because a friend very kindly gave me a copy of the USA half master re-mastered version, hence the reason for sale, otherwise I would keep it as it is really hard to get hold of original copies in such superb condition! All my LP records are sent well packed, they are sandwiched between card stiffeners and then boxed, to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. This item will be well packed in bubble wrap and boxed to protect it in transit.
