We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. RARE and superior (glossy) GATEFOLD SECOND PRESS... actually blows away the first press and any other reissue with striking gate-cover (the orig was singlefold) and better yet the vinyl is one of powerful impact audio playback ...this issue is out of print and hasrd to find, not many copies were produced and again = the record reflects the closest sound quality to the first issue that one could hope for (see the Acid Archives book for more on older non digital second pressings like this) ...

Plastic Cloud's contribution to the psychedelic pantheon, their self-titled LP (Allied/1968) is a swirl of gossamer vocals and Tolkien references, swathed in the some of the most relentless fuzz guitar you will ever hear.

Quite simply, one of the greatest psychedelic albums ever made. This 1968 Canadian release is one hip album, full of catchy melodies and hippie harmonies, as well as some of the most superb (and trippiest) fuzz guitar ever recorded. The songs are very catchy, memorable and the fuzz guitar like a bumble bee buzzing....

This 4-piece act from somewhere in Eastern Ontario were a mysterious blend of psychedelia and Tolkien mythology. In the 40 years since the release of their only album -- this 1968 recording self-titled effort, very little is known about this act except that they could be compared, stylistically, to any of the classic psychedelic/progressive acts from the late sixties and at the same time, still sound like none of them...Plastic Cloud are and island of their own.

These guys who called themselves "Plastic Cloud" were a group of thinkers. Probably uber cool nerds by todays standards. Low key definite, but when they decided to write some music..they evoked something special indeed. The music is coheisive, and really is not derivative of any group or style one can think of. One person said the Byrds with fuzz..i hear ya..but not really. The harmonies are there..yes..but it is their own. The vocal main voice style is kind of obtuse..sounds almost English in their inotation, but not really? hard to describe. Yeah, the Fuzz guitar is non stop, sustaining to oblivian. Kinda like the approach SRC's Quackenbush took, but in their own unique fashion. The lyrics and content are all winners..Topics of all great concern, "Dainty General Rides" is about egomaniacs who try to control through war tactics, "Civilization machine" is an epic about consumerism and hypnosis through class games, ect ect..you have to hear it to let this thing sink in. Worth hunting down..and this 2ndpress is from the original master tapes direct from one of the original band members. Just look at that cover, understated coolness.
