Porches is the project of Aaron Maine, who resides in New York City. Pool is Porches second fulllength album and their debut on Domino.
Written and recorded almost entirely in the Manhattan apartment he shares with his partner and frequent collaborator Greta Kline (aka Frankie Cosmos), Pool is an elegantly drawn set of gorgeous, synth-driven pop songs that were influenced, in part, by settling down.
Pool was written, recorded and produced by Aaron Maine and mixed in Los Angeles by Chris Coady (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Grizzly Bear, Beach House, Tobias Jesso Jr).
**180gm Edition on clear vinyl.**
Vinyl Records and their Sleeves are very easily damaged in the post, with our 10 years experience we take great care when packaging vinyl records, by opening and removing the inner sleeve (without touching the record) to try and avoid any problems.
***Although, if you would rather we did not carefully open one side of the PVC sleeve (if supplied), please call us once the order has been placed, we cannot accept any responsibility for spine damage to the sleeve in transit if the record is not removed***
