Description
PERIOD SPL1104 AL HAIG QUARTET
This is an early, collectable 10"LP, by this early be-bop piano player. The group is completed by Benny Weeks (g), Teddy Kotick (b) and Phil Brown (d). This is a USA pressing with a deep groove red/silver printing label.

DESCRIPTION/CONDITION : The disc is E (VG+), with some light scuffs/scratches, visible under a bright 'grading' light. These have little affect on the playing. There is also a small amount of surface dirt. The disc would benefit from being cleaned. The cover is E- (VG), with a 7cm split from the right corner to the top seam and a split down the whole of the spine. Clear tape has been applied, at some time, to the spine and to parts of both the top and bottom seams. However, only the residue from it seems to be present in some places. The front and back surfaces have some light rubbing, minor scratching and a small amount of surface dirt. Also, on the back, a previous owner, has stuck a printed, white address label in the top right hand corner.
