Pet Shop Boys, Please LP PROMO *MEGA RARE* LIKE NEW!!!

Outer Envelope has a corner dink (you can see in pictures), otherwise this is in immaculate condition.  Record remains unplayed, so I cannot grade it... the assumption is that it's perfect. Sleeve is NM apart for the usual small signs of age (very slight discolouration).  Both press Photos are in Mint condition. Sleeve has a small promo sticker on the back.

You'll find it very hard to come across another copy as good as this one.  The promo of the DEBUT album by Pet Shop Boys!  Almost 40 years old! :)
