STRICT conservative GRADING, check my feedback 35 years + with rare albums, the cream of what's left of them 
Polydor UK 2383 045 SUPER Prototype pressing in Red wax with 'pink wax' inner and the promo sticker outer
DISC IS MINT
SLEEVE IS Nr MINT, I would grade it MINT, the paint work is perfect just a 1" seam split in the plastic, I just did this after removing the inner sleeve for photo
INSERT: EX, it is yellowing a bit, it has the 'fairies on this pink plastic disc' writing. SEE NOTE below
OUTER: Housed in plastic outer which has protected the inner painted sleeve, it has the Promo sticker top left,this is perfect but the sleeve shows signs of wear and the top and bottom seams are split
Note: The record was to be pressed in red vinyl (same time as cry of love by Hendrix) but the company were unhappy with the results, the idea was scrapped - a handful were prepared as promo gifts like this version - the band were given a box of discs (rumoured to be 100) without sleeves which they duly dished out to mates and close fans. These do turn up without sleeves or re housed in the original sleeve but WITHOUT the promo sticker or 'fairies on this pink plastic disc' text. All the copies bar 1 I have seen are of this latter type. This is not unique but very, very scarce complete.
