Description
Pink Floyd – A Saucerful Of Secrets
Extremely rare 1968 first press on the blue Columbia label
The album clover is in fairly good condition with some wear around the edges and some laminate creasing.
The vinyl record has numerous light scratches/scuffs but overall not too bad. The labels are nice and clean with no pen marks or writing on them.
I have played this album through on my Rega turntable through a Marantz amp and would say that it plays quite well overall with some crackle in places and some clicks here and there. I noted that there is a stick on Jugband Blues with my stylus arm on setting 2, but when I put it on setting 1 it didn’t stick and played through fine! Please bear this in mind if bidding – If you have an adjustable stylus arm itll probably be o.k.on the right setting,
To summarise, I found it to be an enjoyable listen, but anyone looking for an audiophile experience may want to look elsewhere – the main value of this record lies in its incredible rarity and collectability.
All my records are packed in proper record mailers with a cardboard stiffener.
U.K. bids only, please!
