Description

An original 1st issue of Animals on the UK Harvest label from 1977. Matrix 3/4. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. Also included is the original lyric inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex-) In great shape and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection we could make out a few light marks per side nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly NEAR EXCELLENT level of playback with one deviation. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. By and large a very nice player which doesn't have too much wrong with it. Expect a few crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side [in the super low-key sections]. And then the only deviation is a couple of ticks midway through Dogs on side 1. Other than that there's little to gripe with..a classic album and a very solid rendition.
Cover (Ex-) In very nice condition and has been looked after down the years. A nice and clean front exhibiting only lightest handling. The rear looks good too with light handling, but there's a bit of wear at the spine edge which has been coloured in [very small patch].The interior looks very nice with only light handling. Edge wear is mostly light and the openings are still sharpish. The text on the spine is still mostly legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) Nice condition. A touch of wear in a couple of spots but no
