Description

An original 1st of Meddle on UK Harvest. A3/B3. Correct label WITH EMI logo . The 1st copies should also mention 'Gramophone' on the labels in the perimeter text. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in a genuine proper 1st issue gatefold textured on the outside. There's also the original inner. So, 100% genuine 100% complete.

Vinyl (Ex) In super nice condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of slight marks per side nothing seemingly heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an at least EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens arelovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Ok, what's the best thing about this copy apart from being 1st issue...? It plays clean feed!! And that means you are gonna witness this title with a clear background and nothing that will impinge on the listeners enjoyment. And you are gonna hear it ALL. Love it.... Little to turn your nose up at.
Cover (Ex) The front looks nice and flat without the usual issues you tend to find. Hardly any from 1972 end up looking like this. The rear looks good too and the front panel opens up fine. Interior looks superb with just a faintest hint of ageing. Slightest edge wear in the odd spot, but not bad at all. The spine is 90% intact and text fully legible - which is pretty unusual. The cover still retains excellent rigidity. Really nice.
Inner (Ex-)...no split.
