Pink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon LP( UK Harvest SHVL 804) Original UK Pressing with Gatefold Sleeve with 2 Posters which are in MINT- condition and the 2 UNUSED Stickers, 1 of which is a MISPRINT as it has not been cut straight and has NO white boarder at the top(See Pics). This is the 1st pressing with the A2 & B2 Matrix numbers..

CONDITION OF SLEEVE

Sleeve is in pretty good condition, Has NO Writing or Stickers, but does have wear around the edges and has some to the front and rear. Must Grade as VERY GOOD+

CONDITION OF POSTERS

POSTERS in great condition, Must grade as NEAR MINT(NEVER USED)

CONDITION OF STICKERS

Both of the stickers are in fantastic condition, These Orig stickers have the `Fasprint-Crackback` backing paper with the dark lines, One of which is a RARE MISPRINT as it has NO WHITE BOARDER to the top, must grade as NEAR MINT

CONDITION OF LABELS

The RARE 1st Pressing SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE labels have NO stickers, Tears, Writing but there are some spindle marks present but these do not detract from the labels appearance. Must Grade as EXCELLENT-

CONDITION OF THE VINYL

The vinyl has obviously been played a few times but has NO Deep scratches or scuffs, The LP still has a nice glossy appearance but you can see there are some fine lines on the surface which show the LP has been played carefully but these do not sound, The LP Plays great with very little surface noise, There is a little on both run ins on either side and a little between the tracks and in more the quiter parts of the LP, It sounds very nice with a full powerful sound, Like most of the original pressings should do, This is the RARE 1st pressing to be released to the genral public with the SHVL 804 A-2 & SHVL 804 B-2 matrix numbers, Overall the grade for the LP Is a visual very good+ but it plays a lot better so i would play grade the LP at EXCELLENT.

MY RECORD GRADING SYSTEM IS AS FOLLOWS - (BASED ON RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE U.K. )

MINT: Virtually unplayed. The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover is pristine.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

V.G PLUS: The record will still be nice and shiny, but may have a few light marks, and will play well. Slight wear and tear on the cover.

V.G: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, etc.

FAIR: Fair. It is noticeable that the record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated very noticeably. The cover and contents are showing signs of folding, scuffing of edges etc.
