Description

RAMASES Glass top coffin VERTIGO LP die-cut gate-fold Spaceship labels 6360 115!

 

Original UK LP with die-cut gatefold sleeve. Released in 1975 on the VERTIGO Label (Spaceship Labels).

Catalogue number: 6360 115.

 

Sleeve EXCELLENT CONDITION

Clean sleeve in EXCELLENT condition, displays light sleeve only, bottom gatefold sleeve has some light edge wear (partial whitening in places), and some light touches of wear on the top corner edges, spine print is clear and intact but lightly soiled, front and back sleeve have some small but faint sleeve browning marks, middle sleeve EXCELLENT in appearance, but minor slight/light sleeve wear at the top. Front sleeve die-cut edging is intact with no bends or snags. There are no rips/tears, no seem splits and no sleeve creases. Inner sleeve has been replaced at one time with a US Atlantic sleeve, cello taped edges but in VERY GOOD condition.

 

Record: VERY GOOD+ CONDITION (*Plays VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT)

Record labels are in NEAR MINT condition, clean with just a few tiny barely visible spindle hole marks showing on both sides. Playing surfaces and matrix areas retain the original full original glossy sheen on both sides, displays some small light smooth, soft, barely visible fine line/hairline surface scuffs which mainly only appear when angled and viewed closely under a strong bright light. Record plays fine both sides emits mainly a clean sound with no loud background crackles/clicks, sound varies between VERY GOOD and mostly EXCELLENT in parts, some low level background surface noise (crackles/clicks) is evident on the run in grooves, between tracks and during some of the quite passages. Overall this is a quiet soft rock/folky type album and hence any background noise is more susceptible to the original recording. More than acceptable as a VERY GOOD player.
