My Grading System:

I listen to each and every album prior to listing, visually inspect the album, sleeve and dust sleeve. I grade the jacket and album separately.  Conditions are reported below. If the album sounds good with no flaws, it is Mint to me. If there are a few crackles / pops, I rate it VG+ to VG depending on severity. I can't listen to anything with more than described and probably will not list it.
The uploaded pictures are always the actual album in the listing.

  Jacket and Sleeve Condition:
The jacket is in very good condition. Very little wear on jacket edges. It is split about a third of the way along the top edge. The spine and bottom have no wear. There is very little wear on face and back. There is a very faint price and number written on the back in ink. Really great shape for its age. The inner dust sleeve is the original and has a small split along the bottom. Check the photos.
 

Album Condition:
This album sounds like it just came from a record store. Very nice reverberation. There is one light, visible scratch on side 1 which does not affect the sound. There are some spindle marks on each of the labels.

Each album is cleaned if necessary and listened to on sensitive, state-of-the-art equipment. (My old stereo)
