Amazing set of previously unreleased material from the COMETA EDIZIONI MUSICALI vaults, historical Italian Library label. The collection features exciting outtakes from I GRES, REBUS and FREEDOM POWER recording sessions for a perfect mixture of Avant-garde Free Jazz, killer breaks and sparkling Synthesizer tunes.

Really cool music from the Italian Cometa sound library – all material never commercially issued at the time, a fair bit of which is awash in sweet electric touches! Some tunes have an electric funk approach – almost like funky fusion of the time – while others are darker and moodier – using electronics that sometimes veer towards some of the more experimental sides of the Italian 70s scene – drawing a link between these sound library experiments, and some of the more widely-circulated work by the artists on Cramps Records. A number of tracks almost move into an early 80s German electro mode – and titles include "Movimenti Ritmici" by Teimar, "Dissenso" by G Tommaso, "Mistery Tour" by Teimar & G Ducros, "Funny Mood" by G Carnini, "Giochi Della Gioventu M3" by M Guantini, "Incessante" by S Chimenti & E Pieranunzi, and "Barcamenandoci M25" by M Faneschi.
