Description
This is an awesome garage rock 45 called "SEVENTEEN TEARS TO THE END" b/w
"CHANGE YOUR MIND" by THE LIVERPOOL SET, a band from the Toronto area in
the '60s. They were co-founded by Kent Daubney, the only musician from England
(drums), and Dave Donnell (also known as Lachlan Macfadyen, vocals, guitar). The
other members are Evan Hunt (guitar), Garry Nelson (guitar), and Shane Sennet (bass).
This was the last of three singles they released from 1965 to 1966. It is on the white
Promotional COLUMBIA RECORDS label 4-43813, 1966. The label on Side 1 has two
orange Xs and the date in ink (see pic.). The Side 2 label is NM. The vinyl is NM,
looking, playing, and sounding great.
I have taken a soft cloth and removed the orange X in the dead wax.
