Notes: First Press Type I cover with ‘Angus McBean’ credit further to right corner and large MONO type.  And First Press Type I vinyl with ‘Dick James’ credits.  The disc used first generation Mothers with ‘1’ on both sides and the Stampers are ‘T’ and ‘GR’ (side 1 and 2 respectively).
