Here we have an outstanding, and highly collectible record. This is a RCA Living Stereo Shaded Dog original pressing. These RCA Living Stereos are some of the very best classical records ever made with many of these making Harry Pearson's The Absolute Sound list and will rival anything made by any other label in recorded history.

This one is LSC 2436 Respighi Pines of Rome/Fountains of Rome in the very rare and hard to find 1S/1S pressing.  One of the absolute rarest and hardest to find of the original RCA Living Stereo records - this is only the third copy we have ever seen in over 25 years of collecting and selling records. Unfortunately the condition of this copy is questionable and grades out as VG-- which is just barely one step above Good Plus. However during the dynamic parts this record's supreme sonics still come through. The opening is Living Stereo magic at its very best!  Just one listen should convince you that all of the time, effort and money spent on this hobby is worth it.  Not a top shelf copy but worth having in your collection.  Jacket is in fair to poor condition overall and has about a 6 inch seam split along top seam and about a 6 inch seam split along bottom seam with some foxing and wear and stains on jacket (see pictures).  Has an original RCA inner sleeve.   USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail are the shipping methods we offer for reaching our international buyers. Costs for First Class start at about $18.00 for the first single LP and for each additional LP increases by roughly $4.00 up to a maximum of 4 lbs (1.8 kg). However, if the package weight exceeds 4 lbs USPS Priority Mail is the only option.
