A true first press of the Radio Free Europe 7" on Hib-Tone

VINYL:  EX+ - Excellent Plus - Close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play.

SLEEVE:  VG+ - Very Good Plus - Some yellowing with a one inch seam split on bottom. Writing on back bottom (see pics)

I bought this copy when I attended UGA in Athens in 1981 and first heard REM on the local college radio station.  REM was playing the 40 Watt for $4 a head back then.  Back in the '80's, people lent and borrowed records for parties and such.  So, after a few mix ups, I wrote my name on my albums to prevent confusion.  My name is on the back of the sleeve.  I wrote my initials on the center label.  I could kick myself!  I never even lent out this REM 45.
