This first pressing plays with superb audio with only minimal light static on a couple of tracks on S1.  S1 still plays with great clarity and depth and S2 is stunning!  The whole album plays with a real sense of depth and warmth and has hardly been played based on the sonic quality, the visual quality and the (almost) zero spindle wear.

The cover is superb, practically 'as new' and the lyric insert is just as impressive.  The album has been so well preserved and would add to any high end collection.

The audio on S1 is Mint(-) (T2 opening section NM / T4 ranges between Ex+ & Mint- / T6 intro Ex then NM)

The audio on S2 is Mint(-)

The cover is Ex+

The lyric sheet is Mint-

The inner sleeve is Mint-

The labels are Mint-

Visual description

The vinyl is in lovely condition and still has an immaculate glossy sheen with no marks or scratches.  I can only see a handful of very faint hairlines when looking under a bright light and the labels are more or less perfect - just a couple of very small faint spindle traces on the S1 label and nothing on S2.

Play grading

'The Lifting' plays beautifully with genuine warmth and depth.  The clarity is stunning and I only noticed a minor touch of barely audible static in a couple of places.  To all intents and purposes this is 'as new' and Mint- is more than deserved.

'I've Been High' has only the lightest of background static on the intro / opening vocal and then plays with stunning quality from then on.  Worth noting the static at the beginning is so so quiet and totally non-intrusive.  It is Near Mint at the start and then Mint- for the remainder.

'All The Way To Reno...' is flawless from the first note to the last with no intrusion at all.  Mint

'She Just Wants To Be' has only minimal light static on the intro and one minor static tick and then plays so clearly with no background apart from a little static on the acoustic ending.  This ranges between Ex+ and Mint-

'Disappear' plays with stunning quality throughout with only minor static on the fade out.  Mint-

'Saturn Return' has a little static on the intro and then plays with exceptional quality.  Just some light static at then end.  An Ex intro and Near Mint for the remainder.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

'Beat A Drum' plays with superb sonic quality with no interference.  I heard only a couple of mega quiet statics and has to be graded as Mint- at the very least.

'Imitation Of Life' is 'as new' from start to finish with zero intrusion.  A classic Mint version.

'Summer Turns To High' has barely any static on the quiet intro and it continues to play with outstanding clarity and definition through every section.  Mint-

'Chorus And The Ring' is just as strong and plays without fault.  Mint-

The classic 'I'll Take The Rain' plays with wonderful clarity and warmth with no interference.  A sublime Mint- version.

'Beachball' ends the album with super clean audio.  Great clarity again and a Mint- finish.

Postage & Packaging

I will only send items items worldwide via tracked shipping.  This provides 'peace of mind' in case of loss or damage.  The shipping costs are shown below and combined shipping is always offered.  Any over-payment will always be refunded.

The Royal Mail only insure up to a value of £250 so if an item sells for more it may be wise to use a courier service (e.g. Parcelforce or DPD).  An extra insurance premium will be required but I will not know the exact amount until the final sale price is known.  Because of this I will sometimes have to estimate the cost and this will be shown in the listing.  Please wait for the invoice before making payment and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.  Many thanks.

All vinyls are packaged in strong over-sized custom made mailers with plenty of extra cardboard protection.  They are placed inside separate poly-lined inners outside the cover so as to avoid seam splits in transit and then placed inside a PVC sleeve to provide even more protection.  I pride myself on my high quality packaging as my feed confirms and if any customer has any specific requirements I am more than happy to help.

The mailers I use cost £1.00 each and I will use anything between 3-5 cardboard stiffeners which cost approx £0.18 each.  There is also the cost of the poly-lined inner and PVC sleeve to consider, it all adds up!  Not forgetting that eBay take 10% of the shipping fee also!!
