1958 UK DECCA (SXL 2006) 12" VINYL WIDE BAND GROOVED  STEREO LP!!

Side one:

MENDELSSOHN

CONCERTO IN E MINOR FOR VIOLIN AND ORCHESTRA

OPUS 64

  • First Movement: Allegro molto appassionato
  • Second Movement: Andante
  • Third Movement: Allegro molto vivace

Side two:

CONCERTO NO. 1 IN G MINOR FOR VIOLIN AND ORCHESTRA

  • First Movement: Vorspiel-Allegro-moderato
  • Second Movement: Adagio
  • Third Movement: Allegro energico

Matrix numbers are: ZAL-3525-2E and ZAL 3526-2E

THE COVER: Fully laminated with blue/white text on reverse. Some small surface creases and a few laminate 'lifts'to front but no tears of major defects at all - VG or Very Good!!

THE INNER SLEEVE:  Polythene lined Blue and White original with a 1" split on one edge but no major defects whatsoever. VG or Very Good !!

    THE LABELS:  Wide Band Grooved Black/Silver (ffss) Unboxed Decca Logo with 'Original Recording By' and 'Recording First Published' text. Clean, clear and bright with just a few light spindlemarks !!

    THE VINYL:  I have played both sides right through and it plays great with no major deteriation in sound despite a couple of minor surface marks !! - VG or Very Good!!

                   NICE ONE-NOT TO BE MISSED!!

     Graded according to Record Collector guidelines.
