On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Rolling Stones called 'Sticky Fingers' and is a VERY rare 1971 UK 1st pressing on the 1st Press Rolling Stones label!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPERB CONDITION AND PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!! IN FACT IS VERY HARD TO FIND COPIES THAT PLAYS SENSATIONAL AND I'LL EXPLAIN WHY!!! The first UK pressings of the legendary LP were made very cheaply back in 1971 and and as a result virtually EVERY copy that turns up today has suffered severe deterioration of the playing surfaces; to put it another way - they play horribly. With severe loud cracking and loud pops right the way through the tracks; the acoustic intro's to 'Wild Horses', 'I got the blues' and 'Sister Morphine' being particular problem areas usually rendering the tracks unlistenable. If you have a UK pressing of this record, throw it on now and you will see exactly what I am talking about. This is a real issue with these pressings and even copies that appear to have a blemish free playing surface will often, upon playing, show this severe aural deterioration and will at best 'hiss' most of the way through (at worst be unlistenable & full of annoying loud crackles and pops). It is a well known problem and everybody is always on the lookout for that magical copy that plays Mint-. AS FOR THIS PARTICULAR COPY, ALTHOUGH NOT COMPLETELY SILENT, IT PLAYS SUPERBLY!!! THERE IS ANOTHER VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE MARKING THIS AS A VERY RARE RECORD, the cover: This is a DEFINITIVE UK 1st Press Zip cover with 'pleated' ends to the spine and NO text on the bottom of the spine (foreign covers generally have their countries credit on the bottom of the spine, below the cat number). NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS INSERT!!!! THIS IS THE 1971 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS ROLLING STONES LABEL, 1ST PRESS INSERT, A4/B4 MATRIXE, AND MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS UK ZIP STILL WORKS COVER, 1ST PRESS 'T.M.L. ROLLING STONES RECORDS' etched on both dead wax!!! !!!! THIS LP IS VERY HARD TO FIND IN THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL 1971 Rolling Stones UK 1st pressing and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The Cat. No is COC 59100 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Rolling Stones Label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!!

CONDITION VINYL

RECORD LABEL The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks. VISUAL GRADING Most of these LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and the vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! It has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 surface marks and a few hairlines visible and very light paper scuffs!!!! SOUND QUALITY The record plays brillant with NO sticking, NO jumps!!! Although not completely silent, is still by far one of the quietest UK 1st pressing I have ever heard of this record with NONE of the annoying constant hissing which blights virtually EVERY other copy of this fabulous record you will find today. It has only 2 or 3 MEGA LIGHT pops and only some VERY VERY LIGHT static crackle audible, but certainly nothing that detracts from the overall IMPRESSIVE sound quality of the album. It plays simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Excellent if not better and plays BRILLIANTLY!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT Record Collector grading standards.

CONDITION OUTER SLEEVE

The MEGA RARE UK 1st Press Zip Cover is in SUPERB condition!!!! The first thing to check on this cover is that it is a GENIUNE UK cover. And this cover is a DEFINITIVE UK 1st Press Zip cover with 'pleated' ends to the spine and NO text on the bottom of the spine (foreign covers generally have their countries credit on the bottom of the spine, below the cat number). It shows NONE of the yellowing so common with this sleeve. The belt buckle is in SUPERB condition shape and has not been ripped like most others out there - again, very rare for this album, this feature usually gets very worn, torn and ripped etc. The zip is in fine working order with no missing teeth, kinks etc. It has NO edge wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), and NO writing!!!! It has only a light spine flattened. The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! NO grubbyness, and the all important Zip is in STUNNING condition and still working!!!! The small flap above the belt does have some minor creasing, but again, is much better than you unusually see, in fact on many copies I have seen this has been completely ripped off! The cover must grade Excellent+!!!!

The insert is in STUNNING condition without tears, writings, yellowing and NO creases!!!
