Description
Up for auction are two albums of Sticky Fingers by the Rolling Stones with original metal zippers. Album design by Andy Warhol. This lot includes:
- The original 1971 issue with metal zipper on Rolling Stones Records (COC-59100) with corresponding number on the sleeve and the 1841 Broadway, New York address on the lower left corner of the back of the jacket. Jacket unfolds to show the underwear picture sleeve inside. Includes inner sleeve – a photo of the band with the Stones logo on the reverse. Record is in very good plus to excellent minus condition; jacket shows some wear – but in nice shape overall.
- The 1977 reissue (opened but has the original shrink-wrap with the song selection sticker (Catalog number COC 39105). Record is in excellent condition; jacket shows some wear – but in good condition.
