Description
One of the rarest Rolling Stones promo records. Only 400 of these were pressed, 200 RSD-1's for the U.S., and 200 RSM-1's for the U.K.
Record is beautiful NEAR MINT condition! You'd be hard pressed to find a better record than this one.
Cover is VG+. Has name of a previous owner (Ron) in the upper left hand corner. Ron (I'm sure he wouldn't want me to put his last name in here) was the original owner of this record and is a well known music historian here in Syracuse, NY. I am the 3rd owner of this record.
Also in the upper left corner unde the name it appears to have gotten wet at one time. It's not a very big area, and there is only minimal wrinkling & discoloration. Some wear on the bottom half of the side spine, and about 3" of the bottom spine. Rest of cover shows minimal wear.
Comes with original inner sleeve, and a COPY of the letter that was included from the London records promotion manager, plus the itinerary of their 1969 tour.
Very nice piece of Rolling Stones history for your collection.
