I personally obtained this sheet from a Los Angeles bootleg record distributor in 1974. The sheet has been in my private collection ever since.
It is an original cover advertisement which was sold to me pre-production. This sheet was never "pasted-onto" or "inserted-into" a cover.

Near-Mint condition with clean reverse. Has a little corner crease (1-1/4") in lower left-hand corner.
