5 x 180g 12" Black vinyl album.Side 10 etched. Rock RBDO 2171 Although the previous night from 5/8/77 at Cornell University, one of the most famous Grateful Dead shows in their history, is most commonly referred as the best show of 1977, one of the shows that most often gives Cornell a run for its money is 5/9/77 at the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium. An exceptional show start-to-finish, Buffalo features what many Dead Heads consider to be best-ever renditions of a few songs, including Help On The Way>Slipknot!>Franklin's Tower and Comes A Time. The crisp and clear sound of Buffalo, mastered by Jeffrey Norman, reveals the nuanced excellence of this magnificent concert, in a vinyl release that is sure to continue the long-standing debate of which show is the best, Cornell or Buffalo.
