Celebrating the 21st anniversary of their release, Radiohead’s fourth album *Kid A*—often hailed as “the last masterpiece of 20th-century music history”—and its twin album, the fifth release *Amnesiac*, recorded during the same period, are now united as a single 3-disc work titled *Kid A Mnesia*, featuring previously unreleased and rare tracks!
When *Kid A* was released in 2000, it stirred controversy by abandoning the guitar-rock format and embracing cutting-edge electronic music influences like Aphex Twin and Autechre, marking Radiohead’s revolutionary fourth album.
Meanwhile, *Amnesiac*, recorded at the same time and considered its twin, blended classical music styles such as krautrock, jazz, and bluegrass with electronics, laying the foundation for the mature band sound of their later years in this 2001 release.
Now, 20 years after their original release, this 3-disc set *Kid A Mnesia* updates their monumental legacy with a bonus disc, *Kid Amnesiae*, featuring 12 tracks from the same recording sessions. These include B-sides, alternate versions, the previously unreleased “If You Say the Word”—a song long whispered about among core fans as a near-mythical rarity—and the first official release of “Follow Me Around.”
