 CONDITION - The LP is in EX+ shape with NO scratches or major damage; after cleaning with a machine, it looks much better!!, the COVER has top right corner clipped but this is a PROMO NOT a discount bin record.  Cover marked "Demonstration Not for Sale" as is label on record.  The sleeve is plain white.  Please see pictures.
