Description
This is the famous and rare Butcher Cover, 3rd state, one of the better peels. A must have for any Beatles collector. The cover has some flaking on front possibly from the peel work. Top left corner has some peel damage (See photo). The back cover, with 6 at bottom right corner, has light soiling but still whitish and not rubbed out. The previous owner repaired the seam splits from inside the cover so the repair is not too visible (see photos) so the cover is tight. The vinyl is VG with minor scuffs but plays great. The inner sleeve is original. Stamper is T-1 -2553 -F-17. Definitely one of those items you have for show in your collection.
