We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

Very rare as a first pressing ((M-)) VINYL original in gatefold cover and:
STILL IN ORIGINAL FACTORY SHRINK WRAPPER + the RARE Pink Floyd sticker on outside of the cellophane... most folks tore off the cellophane wrapper to view the contants inside the gatefold and there went the outer wrapper PINK FLOYD STICKER making it very rare and collectible so many years later...
Also includes the hard cardboard LYRICS inner sleeve...all complete just as first released!
Sullen even by their standards, "Animals" is a dark, brooding, intractable slab of an album. Using GEORGE ORWELL's "Animal Farm" as a launching point, ROGER WATERS attacks complacency toward the status quo as a breeding ground for submission. The songs are diatribes against humanity, bookended by a pair of acoustic interludes that feign sweetness. Obviously, not everyone is enamored of Waters' long, nasty lecture against life; some found the numbing sameness a concession to waning creativity, others a relentless dressing-down at once mesmerizing and powerful. If "Animals" finds itself shy of an arkful of musical ideas, guitarist DAVID GILMOUR steps in to fill the void with his poignant commentary. His leads are easily the album's most distinctive musical element, biting where the remaining instruments feel muted. In structure, it's not so different from "Wish You Were Here", but in sound the arrangements are stripped down to the lean muscle. "Animals" doesn't make any pretense of a positive spin; "Wish You Were Here" offered the chance of escape, "Animals" the option of ignorance. Considered "Animals" a "classic" PINK FLOYD album.
Those listeners in a meditative mood will find in this music a self-sustaining world where the air is not only breathable but pleasurable, albeit acrid. It's a heavy trip, but it's also intense in the best possible sense.

CONDITION: The gatefold cover is MINT ...very rare to be found in the original outer cellophasne "shrink wrap" but here, a lovely flat and square copy with no bends, no writing and no seam splits...that large Pink Floyd sticker on the front of the shrink wrap cover is the cover you want in your collection.
The vinyl is clean "EX" (excellent) playback expect top level....
A cool addition to anyone's music library!
