Description

Strange one here for Kinks collectors/Ray fans. This test pressing was given to me several years ago by the Kinks former manager. He said it was unissued. I'm not exactly sure what he meant by that, as Quiet Life was of course released as a 12" single with tow other tracks. This test pressing is single sided, with only Quiet Life appearing on the A-Side. The b-side is just a single tone signal playing through the entirety of the side. I have not closely analysed this version of Quiet Life with the commercially released version, so don't know if there is a significant difference. I can record an audio sample for anyone interested.
