The Suisse Romande Orchestra conducted by Ernest Ansermet performs “Scherherazade” by Rimsky-Korsakov and the “Polovtsian Dances” by Borodin. ”, An English stereo pressing on the Decca Label (SXL 2268 stampers 3G/3G) the labels are black and silver with a full frequency stereo sound “fatband” and logo and “Made in England by…” at 10 o’clock. The record is of immaculate appearance, and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise - the recording is spectacular. The cover is excellent with minor wear only.
