Description

An original 1st Press on UK Decca from Autumn 1970. Matrix 3W/3W. Nice chunky vinyl as found only on the early copies. Note that early labels employ wide bodied font on the album title. The vinyl comes housed in a fully laminated Upton cover [front and back] with pinched spine. We also have an original blue and white Decca inner date summer 1970 as you find on the 1st copies.. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex+) In really very nice condition and has only seen very light use. Super lustre. Under close inspection I could make out a couple of slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are really nice and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. 'Love In Vain' plays very clean much better than many copies. Stray Cat plays superb. Most copies are not this clean signalled throughout. A bit of a cracker - more than capable of fully revealing the Stones at the height of their powers. Don't risk a 50/50 copy on this title. A great copy  pays back big audio dividends.
Cover (Ex) Really nice flat and shiny front and rear -super looking copy. Minimal edge wear and the spine is fully intact. Sharp openings. A very fine specimen with excellent rigidity. Excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) Lightly aged a bit in places and no splits. Bag present.
