ON TO OTHER GOOD LPs OF VARIOUS TYPES!! This is a reasonably priced 1968 U.S. MERCURY RECORDS self-titled stereo LP from psychedelic rockers The Savage Resurrection. It is Mercury Records catalog number SR 61156. The Savage Resurrection is Bill Harper, Steve Lage, Randy Hammon, John Palmer, and Jeff Myer. Tracks: Thing In 'E', Every Little Song, Talking To You, Tahitian Melody, Jammin', Fox Is Sick, Someone's Changing, Remlap's Cave Part II, Appeal To The Happy, Expectations. Condition of record is a real nice high VG+/VG++ with some light surface and sleeve marks, none of which can be felt or will affect play. Condition of cover is about G with some damage to the bottom of the cover as can be seen in my accompanying image due to exposure to moisture and the cover having gotten stuck to adjacent album covers at that time. The damage mainly consists of the top layer of paper having been torn away for about 1-1/2" from the bottom of the cover on both sides. Cover also has a couple of splits in the top and bottom edges, some ring and contact wear, and some general wear and flaking along the edges and on the corners. On the positive side, cover has no tears, writing, or stickers. This LP is priced according to its rarity and condition - Record is in nice shape, and it would be a worthy addition to any psychedelic rock record collection!
