Description

SAX 2259 Beethoven Sonatas played by Walter Gieseking. The vinyl does not look to be in great condition as there are several marks on it but I have listened to this one and I did not notice the marks sounding. The first movement of the Monlight sonata is a good test and apart from the usual surface noise from these 50 year old lps it sounds fine. The vinyl has a a bright sheen to it. The sleeve is the original thin card type. There are some creases and a significant amount of laminate lift especially at the front and rear opening and on the rear upper flip-over. A triangular piece of laminate is missing from the front around the "ekin" of "Gieseking". I would describe the vinyl as being very good to excellent and the sleeve as very good.
This is a good opportunity to own a very rare lp.

Free postage in the UK but £7.50 to the EU and £9.50 to the rest of the world with the Royal Mail International Signed For service which can be tracked and includes some insurance . Insurance would be an extra cost for UK, EU and rest of the world depending on the value of the lp.
