If you chose the Priority Mail option (which is insured) please be prepared to help process the insurance claim. The buyer may need to fill out a form and take pictures of the damaged item / shipping box so that I can complete an insurance claim. If you are unsure, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Feedback:

As a seller I work very hard to make sure that:

1. You will receive a quality product as described in the listing,

2. That your item will be shipped out FAST within the stated time frame and

3. Make sure that I communicate well and help in any way possible.

Please know that it's very important to me that I keep an excellent feedback rating by making sure that you are satisfied as a buyer. I offer refunds on most of my items, even though other sellers do not. I will be shipping out presale items as soon as they are in hand during the time of the event. It's important for you if or when leaving feedback to properly rate me as a seller. When leaving feedback, please consider the day/time the item was shipped (use the tracking tool). I can not control USPS shipping delays and expect that unless there is a USPS delay, your package will arrive in the estimated ebay time frame (most arrive sooner). Also, please note that if I have a shipping cost, that they are what they are. I try to set reasonable shipping costs. Shipping costs always include actual USPS shipping cost, cost of materials (boxes, packing supplies, tape etc.) and some fees. The cost of my item plus the cost of shipping are always competitive if the not lower then other sellers total cost on the same item. Just because I charge shipping does not mean I should get a lower rating, especially considering the price of the item + shipping would be lower then the other seller. Shipping costs are clearly posted prior to purchasing my item and you are agreeing to that cost when making payment. When communicating, I will always try to get back to you within a reasonable time. I have a family and day job that do not always allow me to answer right away. I do appreciate your patience. Thank you!
