PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
ULTRA RARE documentary soundtrack from October 27, 2009 on Factory 25 Records chronicling Chicago's often overlooked punk scene from 1977 to 1984 on colored vinyl with a DVD of the complete documentary itself, a huge poster, original red rectangular hype sticker in the top right hand corner on the front cover and custom barcoded Factory 25 wraparound sticker in the bottom left hand corner!!! I bought this new at Reckless Records here in Chicago almost 13 years ago and filed it away in my personal collection until today when I took the photos. Even has the original custom barcoded Reckless label on the rear dated October, 2009 and listed as new so you know it's legit. Even includes the original Reckless receipt dated October 31, 2009 (Halloween, coincidentally), the day I bought it at their Wicker Park location a few days after it went on sale. LP is STILL SEALED with four sharp corners and not a hint of ring. An absolutely stunning copy in flawless condition with airtight provenance that can be traced to the day and point of purchase. THIS is as mint as it gets so don't sleep punk collectors. You will never find another one like this.
