Description

Absolutely gorgeous copy of the original 1970 first pressing of Simon & Garfunkel’s classic Bridge Over Troubled Water LP on Columbia KCS-9914. Beautiful 2-eye label pressing. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. There are lots of quiet moments in this music so any ticks or pops, or even light crackle can be very annoying. This copy has absolutely nothing like that. Not the slightest tiny bit of noise at all to ruin the beauty of the music. Really a top, top pristine copy. I would call it NM but for one or two tiny superficial scuffs that are barely noticeable and which of course do not make the slightest sound. The cover has only very faint ringwear but is otherwise almost perfectly mint. Includes the rare S&G songbooks inner sleeve as well. Just a stunning original copy, very hard indeed to top.
