Description
original UK mono release on the lilac immediate label with fold out sleeve With only 1 patent number on the back (later issues have 2)
matrix nos / stampers are:
IMLP 012-1L 1 A and IMLP 012-2L 1 M
The vinyl looks VG-, clean but with a lot of marks, mainly surface scuffs & light hairlines. I’ve played it all through and it played well, better than expected with no skips or sticking. Side 1 played EX with no clicks or significant crackle. Side 2 played VG, no jumps or loud pops although there were occasional clicks or light crackle noticeable in some of the quieter / spoken sections, but no persistent background noise and nothing too distracting. In summary an enjoyable listen, plays much better than it looks.
The delicate 5 part fold out sleeve is in good+ condition, there are 2 folds that have separated and been taped back together, otherwise not bad at all. Please refer to photos.
A rounded poly inner is included but I suspect it’s not original as my other copy of this album has a rounded poly inner with a flap.
The vinyl has been cleaned on my pro-ject VC-S cleaning machine using non-alcohol based fluid and is supplied in a brand new anti static lined inner

Gradings refer to the UK Record Collector Magazine standard (shown below). I would only use "mint" for genuinely unplayed records. Visual grading is done under a spotlight. Play testing is done on my Pro-ject or Rega turntable.

Record will be packaged in a proper mailer with stiffening. I will pack with the record removed from the outer sleeve.
Mint (M) - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
Excellent (EX) - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG) - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
Good (G) - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc
