Description
Up for auction at NO reserve is Sonny Clark's "Sonny's Crib" LP on Blue Note, catalog # BLP-1576. This is the original deep groove MONO pressing on the West 63rd St. label with RVG stamped and the "ear" etched ino the trail-off. The LP is VG+ with a few marks. Because of the high value of this LP, I test played it in a couple spots where the marks were and they didn't make a sound. It plays loud and clear which is typical of these Blue Note pressings. The cover is VG+ with light overall wear. Joining Sonny on this LP are Donald Byrd, Curtis Fuller, John Coltrane, Paul Chambers and Art Taylor. Please check my other auctions for more rare jazz records this week and in the weeks to come.
All LPs are shipped outside of the album cover in a brand new sleeve and are packed in dedicated record mailers with sturdy cardboard inserts. Shipping is $7.00 via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation in the US or Airmail to Canada. $12.00 Airmail to Europe and the UK, $14.00 to my friends and customers in the Pacific. Multiple item wins will be combined and winner will pay actual shipping costs. Buy a bunch and save. I will not ship surface rate overseas as it takes too long and too many packages get lost or destroyed. Good luck and bid high and bid often.
