Description
This item is a lightly played (twice, at most) vinyl of "Rollins Plays For Bird” by Sonny Rollins from Analogue Productions.
This is a good record. However, it’s honestly not one of my favorites, so I am looking to part with it to someone who will enjoy it more than me as I try to slim my collection a bit! Rollins, Dorham and Roach sound excellent on this album, and this reissue just brings all of the instrumentation to life.
JACKET: NM. Including the original Analogue Productions bag with it.
SIDE A has a few pops/crackles here and there, esp. in the quieter piano solos. Nothing distracting, in my opinion. Probably a good clean would reduce some of this a bit. VG+.
SIDE B sounded flawless to me. NM.
I am not a professional grader, and this is just my estimation from when I last listened to the record.
The record comes very well kept by a jazz/vinyl enthusiast, from a smoke-free home.
