Label states: Columbia Records Production Santa Maria Test Pressing (on both sides)
EX Cover: plain white with matrix number on front/ "No Good Scrap" on front cover (NOT SURE WHY PLAYS BEAUTIFUL)/ some other light marks on back/ ALL seams intact.
