Description

This is the first every multi-color White Stripes release EVER.
13 years ago, long before tri-colors, triple-deckers,
liquid filled records and any other innovative records that will be released,
this super-rare release from the label that released legendary acts such as Nirvana: SUB POP
put out the very first split color White Stripes 7" record!

This is the ONLY White Stripes release ever on the Sub Pop label
and it comes complete with the original insert that does not come with all of them out there.
Many people removed these inserts and lost them. Not this baby! It's 100% there.
It features the White Stripes doing three Captain Beefheart covers.
The tracks are Party Of Special Things To Do b/w China Pig/Astray Heart.
Do not confuse this with the Third Man re-pressing. This is the ORIGINAL.

The record is in Mint condition. The sleeve is really excellent. You be the judge.
Slight rounding of the corner on the top right, but nothing that takes much
eye-appeal away. If the cover was white, you would not see it at all. Black is always a tough color.
I included several images so you get a good feel. It's a pretty stellar copy!!!
I'm just being anal in pointing out as much as I can. Most sellers would call this near mint,
but I prefer to let my photos do the talking.

If you're a "serious" White Stripes/Jack White collector and your collection is deprived of this gem, here's your chance to STEP IT UP!
You will not find a shinier record than this. It looks like a peice of candy. For a record 13 years old, it's amazing.
There's tons of Jack White collectibles out there, but few from a time where they were not meant to be collectibles.
This is not a manufactured collectible. This is the REAL DEAL released back when The White Stripes were a house-hold name.

This listing should be a sign of relief to bidding fans since I'm not listing it with an overinflated
buy-it-now price like most of the rare Jack White-related items have been listed as of late.
