Up for auction is the rare "Party of Special Things To Do" 7 inch single by the White Stripes.
It's not very often you see one of these for sale(unlike the numerous rag and bone singles that are in the listings.Or even worse the "european reissues"of thier earlier singles).
Any fan should be aware of what this single is,but for the few who don't,here's a description.
Two tone(red and white)coloured vinyl issued by Sub Pop as part of their Singles Club back in 2000.Includes 3 Captain Beefheart covers-"Party of Special Things To Do"b/w "China Pig"/Ashtray Heart".Strictly issued to 1300 copies.
Condition:Sleeve-All parts of the sleeve(white paper inner and 3 part foldover outer cover)are in Excellent condition.The subscription card is still attached except for a 1 inch section in the centre where the perforations have seperated.No folds,scuffs or creases.
Vinyl-Seeing as this is used,i can't describe this as Mint.But the vinyl is still very glossy with no scratches(surface or otherwise)present on the vinyl.Absolutely no groovewear or distortion when playing.In truly Excellent condition.
