This record is in very good+ condition. It has no really major damage to the labels such as pen marks but there is some grubbiness to the ink-jet centres and 'labels'.
As for the vinyl itself both sides are free from anything serious but have some light surface lines, sleeve scuffing showing on both sides. There is also a few minor light marks near the end of side 1. These and some more incredibly light wispy lines are visible when viewed under bright light but again nothing sinister. On the whole the record is in good shape with signs of use but no serious issues or marks and a nice lustre.
I play tested the record and it played well. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is next to no movement in the record arm. The audio produced is excellent overall with only a minor amount of surface noise in the run in/out on both sides and a trace for the first 10-15 seconds on side 1. This is very mild however and overall the audio is excellent on both sides. There are no skips, sticks or annoying clicks and overall it plays well and produces very enjoyable audio. I did hear one single pop on side 1 but other than this and the trace of surface noise there were no issues.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has some wear and rubbing to the edges and corners(pics) but is solid with no splits anywhere. There are no pen marks or scuffs anywhere but there is a tiny 4mm tear to the top(record entry) edge. There is also some creasing to the sleeve, with this mostly along the top edge. There is also some ring marks showing to each side and age related grubbiness to the picture side. So overall a solid enough sleeve but one that has some wear and signs of its age.
The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched.
It will also be sent in a brand new plain white sleeve(to protect the original), inside a brand new plastic outer sleeve, within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
