On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Syd Barrett called "Barrett" and is a VERY rare 1970 UK 1st pressing on the 1st Press Harvest label!!!! THIS LP IS QUITE SIMPLY ONE OF THE RAREST PINK FLOYD RELATED LPS EVER!!!!  IT VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP AS A GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING - ESPECIALLY IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION!!!!  THIS LP WAS STORED IN A PLASTIC SLEEVE SINCE NEW AND WAS BARELY PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  AS A RESULT - BOTH THE COVER & THE RECORD ARE IN SUPERB CONDITION!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THIS ULTRA RARE GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING - AND ALL LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  FIRSTLY THIS LP HAS A LAMINATED FLIPBACK COVER (LATER ONES ARENT)!!!!  AND SECONDLY THIS LP HAS NO EMI BOX ON THE LABEL (LATER ONES DO) AND A-1G & B-IG MATRIX ENDINGS (LATER ONES DONT)!!!!  IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE TO FIND A 100% GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION!!!!   THIS IS THE 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS HARVEST LABEL, NO 'EMI BOX' ON THE LABEL, 'THE GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' LABEL EDGE TEXT, 1ST PRESS HARVEST INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK LAMINATED 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A GENIUNE 1970 1ST PRESSING IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the original Harvest UK 1st pressing from 1970 and is in SUPERB condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SHSP 4007 on the 1st Press Harvest Label (see picture) and is a UK 1st Stereo pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 1 MEGA light wispy scuffline (only visible under EXTREME light), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  The only other thing to mention is on one side only there are the VERY faintest 'bag sweat' traces - though these are ONLY visible under the most EXTREME light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent!!!! STUNNING RECORD!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Harvest inner sleeve!!!!  The 1st Press Flipback Laminated Cover is in SUPERB condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear, AWESOME shiny UNGLAZED laminate, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in AWESOME condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, NO rubbing AT ALL, NO ringwear, and NO yellowing!!!! The cover must grade Excellent++ if not better!!!! AWESOME COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
